Report for 2007
The OSA 5-a-side tournament in mid June was again superbly supported with over 100 past pupils and 16 teams, including a staff team. It was scheduled to be amongst the hustle and bustle of the PTA fete but due to the poor weather forecast the fete was cancelled. The weather didn’t turn out badly and soon everyone was in the run of things. The teams that qualified for the quarter finals were 2001, 2002, 1995, 1994, 2006, the staff, 1996 and 2007. The quarter finals produced some excellent games, one going to extra time and one to penalties. The successful teams progressed to the semis where 2006 and 2002 triumphed over 1994 and the staff respectively. 2006 retained the trophy on penalties leaving 2002 as runners up again.
